饲粮不同油脂来源对肉鸡脂类代谢及相关基因表达的影响

         

摘要

The trial was conducted to investigate the effect of different dietary oil sources on lipid metabolism and related gene expression in broilers. One hundred and sixty 1-day-old Arbor Acres (AA) broiler chickens with initial average body weight of (46. 00 ±0. 26) g were randomly divided into 2 groups with 10 replicates in each group and 8 chickens per replicate. Broilers were fed diets containing soybean oil or lard as oil sources, respectively. The trial lasted for 21 days. The results showed as follows; different dietary oil sources had no significant effects on triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol ( TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) , low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and the ratio of HDL-C and LDL-C in serum of broilers at 21 days of age ( P > 0.05); the hepatic lipase ( HL) activity in serum of broilers in the soybean oil group was significantly higher than that in the lard group (P < 0. 01) , however, activities of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and total lipase (TL) in serum of broilers in the soybean oil group were significantly lower than those in the lard group (P <0. 05); apolipoprotein B (apoB) mRNA expression in liver of broilers in the soybean oil group were significantly lower than that in the lard group (P <0.01) , whereas fatty acid synthase ( FAS) mRNA expression was not affected (P >0.05). The results indicate that soybean oil is more available for digestion and absorption of broilers, and it can reduce cholesterol synthesis and liver apoB mRNA expression level of boilers, while blood fat level and fatty acid synthesis can be slightly affected by oil sources.%本试验旨在探讨饲粮不同油脂来源对肉鸡脂类代谢及相关基因表达的影响.选取160只平均体重为(46.00±0.26)g的1日龄爱拔益加(AA)肉仔鸡随机分成2组,每组10个重复,每个重复8只鸡,分别饲喂油脂为豆油和猪油的饲粮.试验期为21 d.结果表明:饲粮不同油脂来源对21日龄肉鸡血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇( HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)含量和HDL-C/LDL-C比值均无显著影响(P>0.05);豆油组肉鸡血清肝脂酶(HL)活性极显著(P<0.01)高于猪油组,但血清脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和总脂酶(TL)活性显著低于猪油组(P<0.05);豆油组肉鸡肝脏载脂蛋白B( apoB) mRNA表达量极显著低于猪油组(P<0.01),但脂肪酸合成酶(FAS) mRNA表达量2组间无显著差异(P>0.05).结果提示,豆油在肉鸡体内更易于消化吸收,它能够降低肉鸡胆固醇合成及肝脏apoB mRNA表达量;而油脂来源对血脂水平和脂肪酸合成影响较小.
