巨大芽孢杆菌1259对产蛋鸡不同肠段微生物区系的影响

             

摘要

本试验旨在研究巨大芽孢杆菌1259( BM1259)对产蛋鸡不同肠段微生物区系的影响.选用45周龄的健康新扬州蛋鸡128只,随机分为2组,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲粮在基础饲粮添加2×106 CFU/g巨大芽孢杆菌1259. 预试期1周,正试期3周,在正试期的第1、2、3周末采集小肠及其盲肠内容物和新鲜粪样,荧光定量聚合酶链式反应( RT-PCR)检测样品中微生物的含量. 试验结果表明:1)小肠内容物中,第 2、3 周试验组沙门氏菌含量显著降低( P<0.05),第1、2周双歧杆菌含量显著提高(P<0.05),第2、3周巨大芽孢杆菌含量显著提高(P<0.05);2)盲肠内容物中,试验组巨大芽孢杆菌含量显著提高( P<0.05);3)粪便中,试验组大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌含量显著降低(P<0.05),第2、3周巨大芽孢杆菌含量显著提高(P<0.05);4)随着饲喂时间的延长,小肠内容物和粪便中沙门氏菌含量显著降低( P<0.05);小肠、盲肠内容物和粪便中巨大芽孢杆菌含量显著提高( P<0.05);5)分析同时表明,随着饲喂时间的延长,有益菌数量逐渐增加,有害菌数量逐渐减少. 综上,巨大芽孢杆菌1259能有效抑制蛋鸡肠道中的大肠杆菌等有害菌的产生,促进乳酸菌等产酸菌的繁殖.%This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Bacillus magaterium 1259 on microbial flora in different gastrointestinal parts of laying hens. A total of 128 healthy New Yangzhou laying hens aged 45 weeks were divided randomly into 2 groups. The control group was fed basal diet and the experimental group was fed basal diet plus 2×106 CFU/g Bacillus magaterium 1259. The pre-experiment period was 1 week and the experimental period was 3 weeks. The fecal and intestinal samples were collected for microflora contents de-tections by quantitative real-time PCR ( RT-PCR) at weekend of the first, second and third weeks during the experimental period. The results showed as follows: 1) the content of Salmonella bacteria in small intestinal contents at the second and third weeks of the experimental group significantly decreased ( P<0.05) , while the contents of Bacillus bifidus at the first and second weeks and Bacillus magaterium at the second and third weeks significantly increased ( P<0.05) . 2) The content of Bacillus magaterium in cecum contents of the experimen-tal group significantly increased ( P<0.05) . 3) The contents of Escherichia coli, Salmonella bacteria in faeces of the experimental group significantly decreased (P<0.05), while the content of Bacillus magaterium at the second and third weeks significantly increased ( P<0.05) . 4) With the feeding time increased, the contents of Salmonella bacteria in small intestinal contents and faeces of the experimental group significantly decreased ( P<0.05) , the content of Bacillus magaterium in small intestinal, cecum contents and faeces significantly in-creased (P<0.05). 5) In addition, the beneficial bacteria increased and the harmful bacteria decreased with feeding time increased. In conclusion, Bacillus magaterium 1259 can effectively inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria such as Escherichia coli but promote the growth of lactic acid-producing bacteria such as Lactobacillus.
