副黏病毒 V 蛋白是由其 P 基因编码的一种非结构蛋白,能够阻断 IFN 信号通路,拮抗 IFN 的抗病毒效应,通常认为是病毒毒力因子之一。在副黏病毒感染过程中,V 蛋白靶向性地与 IFN 信号通路 JAK-STAT 途径中关键信号转导与转录活化因子(signal transducer and activator of transcription,STAT)蛋白相互作用,从而发挥拮抗 IFN 下游信号的功能。不同副黏病毒 V 蛋白与 STAT 作用机制也不尽相同。本文对副黏病毒 V 蛋白产生,IFN 信号通路及不同副黏病毒拮抗 IFN 信号分子机制做一概述。%The V protein, encoded by the P gene, are non-structural proteins of paramyxoviruses and considered as virulence factors as they block the interferon signal pathway. In the JAK-STAT interferon signal pathway, paramyxovirus V proteins achieve the interferon resistance effect mainly by the interactions with STAT (signal transducer and activator of transcription). The interaction between V proteins and STAT vary among different paramyxoviruses. This article overviews translation of V proteins, IFN signal pathway and mechanisms of IFN antagonism in different paramyxoviruses.
