上海市猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌分离鉴定及其耐药性分析

             

摘要

本研究旨在调查上海市猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌对临床常用抗菌药的耐药情况,为该病的药物预防与治疗提供科学依据。2014~2015年在上海市11个规模化养猪场采集疑似多杀性巴氏杆菌感染的病料共计116份,采用细菌分离培养及PCR方法,分离鉴定出20株多杀性巴氏杆菌。采用纸片法测定了分离菌株对20种临床常用抗菌药的敏感性,结果表明,所有菌株对阿莫西林克拉维酸、头孢曲松、恩诺沙星、氟苯尼考、阿奇霉素和多黏菌素B敏感,这6种药物可作为本地区控制本病的首选药物。然而,超过50%的菌株对青霉素(65.0%)、复方新诺明(65.0%)、氨苄西林(60.0%)、链霉素(60.0%)、四环素(60.0%)耐药。耐药谱分析显示,85.0%的菌株对4~7种抗菌药耐药。本研究结果表明上海市猪源多杀性巴氏杆菌对临床常用抗菌药物耐药较严重,应加强养殖场猪多杀性巴氏杆菌的耐药性监测与防控。%The aim of this study was to investigate antibiotic resistance in porcine Pasteurella multocida isolates in Shanghai and to provide information for drug use in clinical treatment. Total 20 P. multocida strains were isolated from 116 swine samples in 2014-2015. All isolates were susceptible to amoxicillin-clavulanic acid, ceftriaxone, enrofloxacin, florfenicol, azithromycin and polymyxin B. Some isolates were resistant to penicillin(65.0%), sulfamethoxazole(65.0%), ampicillin(60.0%), streptomycin(60.0%) and tetracycline (60.0%). Total 17 strains were resistant to all of 4-7 antibiotics. The results of this study suggested that antibiotic resistance in porcine P. multocida isolates in Shanghai was prevailing. Therefore, it was necessary for monitoring and prevention of P.multocid infection in pigs.
