猪弓形虫病鉴别诊断分析

摘要

为了鉴定北京某猪场发病猪是否感染猪弓形虫,本研究随机取3例发肝脏和肾脏表面有灰白点、回盲口有扣状溃疡的发病猪病料,进行猪弓形虫抗原和猪瘟抗原等胶体金试纸条检测、猪瘟病毒和猪伪狂犬病毒PCR检测、猪弓形虫免疫荧光和Western blot检测.结果显示,该3例病料均有弓形虫感染,而未检测到猪瘟病毒和猪伪狂犬病毒.%To make accurate diagnosis of toxoplasmosis, tissue samples were collected from 3 sick pigs with grey dots in the surfaces of livers and kidneys and button-like ulcers on ileocecal orifices. Swine toxoplasma and classical swine fever antigens were detected by using colloidal gold reagent test from serum samples. Further confirmation of Classical swine fever virus and Pseudorabies virus were performed using PCR technique. In addition, immunofluorescence and Western blot were applied for detection of swine toxoplasma antigen. The results indicated that all samples were negative for Classical swine fever virus and Pseudorabies viruses, but positive for swine Toxoplasma gondii,which were confirmed using immunofluorescence and Western blot.
