Objective:To provide reference for study of pathologic mechanism and/or intervening therapy of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: Collagenase and autologous blood were injected into the caudate nucleus to establish ICH models in rats. The hematoma volume was measured by magnetic resonance imaging. The changes of brain water content (BWC) were measured by wet and dry weight methods. Evan's blue (EB) was used to measure the integrity of blood-brain bar rier (BBB). The changes of AQP4 expression were detected by immunofluorescence,and the contents of AQP4 were detected by West ern blotting. Results: The changes of hematoma volume, BWC, EB contents and AQP4 expression between the two ICH models showed a significant difference. Conclusion:Autologous blood animal model is relatively close to clinical ICH conditions.%目的:为脑出血发病机制和/或干预性治疗的模型选择提供参考.方法:采用胶原酶和自体血注入大鼠尾状核建立脑出血(ICH)模型,运用磁共振成像(MRI)、干湿重法、伊文思蓝(EB)测定法、免疫荧光和免疫印迹分别比较两组脑出血模型的血肿体积、脑含水量(BWC)、血脑屏障(BBB)通透性和水通道蛋白4(AQP4)的表达变化.结果:两组脑出血模型在MRI、BWC、EB含量和AQP4的表达变化均存在差异.结论:自体血模型是较为接近临床的脑出血动物模型.
