仔猪“保命油”化学成分的气相色谱-质谱分析

“Baomingyou”, a kind of health-protection product fo r piglets, was analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS). 7 compon ents were isolated and identified using GC/MS, all of them were medium-chain tr iglycerides. Among them, glycerol tricaprylate, 1-decanoic acid, 2,3-dioctano ic acid, glycerin ester and 1-octanoic acid, 2,3-didecanoic acid, glycerin est er were main components, their peak area of chromatography accounted for 48.6%, 38.3% and 11.2%, respectively.%用GC/MS联机分析仔猪“保命油”的化学成分，共鉴定出7种组分。根据质谱图确定了它们的结构，均为中链脂肪酸甘油三酯。其中辛酸甘油三酯、一癸酸二辛酸甘油三酯和一辛酸二癸酸甘油三酯的含量较高，色谱峰面积分别占48.6%, 38.3%和11.2%。
