Systemic lupus erythmatosus (SLE) is a common autoimmune diseases, but the current treatment is limited. The main treatment is the use of immunosuppressive drugs to correct the body's immune abnormalities. In recent years, the vaccine on the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus carried out a series of experimental studies, which still in the stage of animal testing. The vaccine includes DNA vaccines, cell vaccines, peptide vaccines and so on.%系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythmatosus,SLE)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,其主要治疗药物-免疫抑制剂作用有限且毒副作用大.近年来新型免疫性疫苗不断问世,主要类型有DNA疫苗、细胞疫苗、肽疫苗等,其中部分用于SLE治疗研究,取得了较好的疗效.本文就免疫性疫苗用于红斑狼疮治疗的研究进展做一综述.
