高迁移率族蛋白B1:自身免疫性疾病重要炎性分子

             

摘要

高迁移率族蛋白B1(High mobility group box 1 protein,HMGB1)是一种核内非组蛋白,其可在免疫激活和细胞死亡等过程中发生转录后修饰并转移到细胞外参与炎性反应.HMGB1的活性可随其半胱氨基酸残基的氧化还原状态而变化.HMGB1可以通过直接刺激细胞分泌炎性因子,也可与其他细胞因子结合形成免疫复合体后,作为一种配体与相应受体结合传递信号参与炎性反应.HMGB1能作为一种警报素预警炎性反应,并参与自身免疫性疾病的发病过程.%High mobility group box 1 protein, or HMGB1 is a non-histone nuclear protein that can undergo post-translational modifications and translocate to the cytoplasm as well as the outside of cells during cell immune activation and cell death. The activity of HMGB1 can vary with the redox states of the cysteine residues. In addition to stimulating cells directly, HMGB1 can form immunostimulatory complexes with cytokines and other factors to participate in the inflammatory responseas corresponding receptors as a ligand. HMGB1 can serve as an alarmin to drive the pathogenesis of inflammatory and autoimmune disease.
