Takayasu’s arteritis is a chronic inflammatory disease that mainly affects the aorta and its major branches, and is characterized by the presences of immune cells infiltration in all layers of vascular wall. The etiology of this disease is still unknown. Many factors may be involved in its pathogenesis, including infection, genetics and immunity. We reviewed the studies about the mechanisms underlying the immunopathogenesis of TA.Cell-mediated autoimmunity has been strongly implicated in the pathogenesis of TA,however, the role of humoral immunity remains to be elucidated.%大动脉炎(Takayasu’s arteritis,TA)是主要累及升主动脉及其主要分支的慢性非特异性全层动脉炎性反应,感染、遗传、免疫机制等诸多因素均可参与其发病,本文就近年 TA 发病的免疫机制作一综述。细胞免疫是参与 TA 发病的重要因素,而体液免疫是否参与其发病过程目前研究仍存在争议。
