骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形成人患者拔牙矫治后软硬组织变化的研究

摘要

目的:探究骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形成人患者拔牙矫治后软硬组织的变化.方法:将符合纳入标准的38例骨性Ⅱ类错牙合患者治疗前与治疗后头颅侧位片进行测量分析,比较其相关测量指标的变化.结果:矫治后颌骨测量指标SNA、SNB、ANB、NP-FH、NA-PA差异均无统计学意义;牙齿测量指标U1-SN、U1-NA、U1-NA(mm)均明显减小,有显著的统计学差异,L1-MP、L1-NB、L1-NB(mm)有减小趋势,但差异无统计学意义.软组织测量指标Cm-Sn-UL角、U1-Ls(mm)明显增大,UL-SL(mm)、LL-SL(mm)、Si-SL(mm)、Pog'-SL(mm)均减小,差异有统计学意义,G-Sn-Pog'有减小趋势,但差异无统计学意义.结论:骨性Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形成人患者拔牙矫治后切牙代偿回收较明显,矫治后软组织侧貌得到良好改善.%Objective To investigate soft and hard tissue changes in patients with skeletal class Ⅱmalocclusion after premolar extraction treatment. Methods 38 patients were taken standardized lateral cephalograms before and after the treatment.Some measurements were analyzed to compare the difference before and after treatment. ResuIts There was no significant difference with measurements of the angle of SNA,SNB,ANB,NP-FH,NA-PA.The angle of U1-SN,U1-NA and the length of upper incisor to NA line decreased significantly.The angle of L1-MP,L1-NB and the length of lower incisor to NB line decreased,but there was no significant difference.The length of UL,LL、Si, Pog' to SL line decreased.The angle of G-Sn-Pog' was decreased but statistically insignificant. ConcIusion The incisor compensation of adult patients with skeletal classⅡmalocclusion is obvious. The soft tissue profile improved significantly after extraction treatment.
