目的：观察总结应用肩胛部皮瓣修复腋窝严重瘢痕挛缩畸形中的临床应用经验。方法：2009年2月-2015年12月，收治腋窝重度瘢痕挛缩畸形15例。术前及术中应用多普勒血流探测仪探查肩胛动脉位置，术中充分切开、松解挛缩瘢痕，转移肩胛部皮瓣修复创面，供区直接缝合，术后上肢佩带外固定架。结果：本组15例患者16侧肩胛皮瓣均成活，肩关节活动明显改善。术后随访6月～3年，腋部均无再次瘢痕挛缩。结论：肩胛皮瓣是修复腋窝瘢痕挛缩畸形的理想选择。%Objective To explore clinical experience of treating axillia scar contracture with scapular lfap. Methods From Feb.2009 to Dec.2015, 15 cases who suffered from severe axillia scar contracture were recruited in the study. Doppler was used to detect scapular artery preoperatively and in-operatively. After releasing scar contracture generally in-operatively, scapular lfap was transferred to the secondary wound. Donor site was closed directly. The arm was positioned with external ifxation. Results All 16 lfaps of 15 cases were alive completely. Range of motion had improved signiifcantly. After following up these patients for 6 months to 3 years, no recurrence of scar contracture can be seen. Conclusion Scapular lfap is an ideal choice for correcting axillia scar contracture.
