表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯（EGCG）治疗痤疮的作用机制研究进展

摘要

Epigallocatechin Gallate(EGCG),as the major active fraction extracted from green tea,has been reported its efifcacy as an acne therapeutic agent in these years.Researches shown that EGCG has various bioactivities,including inhibiting cell proliferation and lipogenesis of sebocytes,increasing apoptosis and arresting cell cycle progression,downregulating inlfammatory cytokine production, as well as suppressing the growth of Propionibacterium acnes(P. Acnes). All of the latest progress about these above will be presented in this review.%表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯（EGCG）是从绿茶中提取的一种主要活性成分，近年来的研究表明其具有治疗痤疮的作用活性，可抑制皮脂腺细胞增殖和脂质合成、诱导细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡、减少炎症细胞因子产生以及抑制痤疮丙酸杆菌增殖。本文就EGCG治疗痤疮作用机制的最新研究进展进行综述。
