综合疗法治疗透明质酸注射隆鼻后局部坏死的疗效分析

摘要

目的：总结并评价综合疗法治疗透明质酸注射隆鼻后局部坏死的疗效。方法：采用综合疗法包括透明质酸酶溶解、切开减压、保温、换药、扩张血管、抗感染药物应用及高压氧治疗等。结果：本组96例，20例完全康复，63例遗留色素沉着，13例遗留瘢痕。结论：综合疗法治疗局部注射透明质酸后鼻坏死的疗效确切，值得在临床广泛推广。%Objective To summarize and evaluate the curative effect of combined therapy on local necrosis of nose after rhinoplasty by injecting hyaluronic acid.MethodsWe applied combined therapy,including the dissolution of hyahurondase,incising decompression,keeping warm,changing the dressing, expanding blood vessel and using anti-infective drugs and high pressure oxygen.Results96 cases in total, there were 20 patients fully recovered,63 with chromatosis,and 13 with scar.Conclusion The curative effect of combined therapy on local necrosis of nose after rhinoplasty by injecting hyaluronic acid is accurate. It is worthy of clinical popularization.
