目的:分析临床科室科研秘书队伍情况,提出改进建议,以改善科研秘书队伍现状.方法:从科研秘书的年龄、学历、职称、专业、专兼职、科研情况、存在问题等方面进行分析.结果:队伍年龄不够年轻化,学历、职称较高,兼职情况突出,队伍的稳定性有待提高,业务能力参差不齐.结论:提出科研秘书的选拔条件和基本素质,建立健全科研秘书培训交流制度,建立激励制度以保持科研秘书队伍的稳定性和工作的积极性,制定科研秘书岗位职责,落实科研秘书例会制度,促进医院的科研发展和学科建设,为打造学院型医院奠定基础.%Objectives : To analyze the status of research secretary team in clinical department and to put forward suggestions to improve the current situation of the team. Methods : factors such as age, education, positional titles, specialties, job nature of full time and part-time,researches, existing problems and etc were analyzed. Results : The average age of the team should make more youthful, having high education and positional titles , the situation of part-time prohlem comes into focus . the stahility of the team should he more improved , the professional capabilities are different. Conclusion : The author put forward the conditions of selection and basic qualities of scientific research secretary , establish the system of training exchange system, found the encouraging methods to keep the team ' s stability and initiative of working, formulate the responsibilities of the posts, fulfill the scientific research secretary regular meeting system, so the team of clinical department could he optimized and improved, arcelerate the hospital ' s research developments and discipline construction in order to lay the foundation of academy hospital.
