5所医院妇产科医务人员对医疗纠纷影响因素认知的调查分析

摘要

妇产科由于其本身的特殊性.成为医疗纠纷事件的高发科室.导致医疗纠纷的原因涉及多方面,本文从妇产科医疗纠纷的社会、医院管理、就诊环节等影响因素研究入手,探讨妇产科医疗纠纷的特点和原因,为降低妇产科医疗纠纷提出引领媒体正确舆论导向、医疗安全管理、典型研究示范、建立健全医疗责任保险、建立第三方调解机制等针对性建议.%Because of the specificity of obstetrics and gynecology department,it is a high risk department of occurring medical dispute.The reasons are related to many factors.Influencing factors and their causes of obstetrics and gynecology medical dispute are analyzed from aspects of society,hospital management and treatment.Countermeasures,including leading the media to the correcl guidance of the public opinions,safety medical management,the typical research demonstration,establishing and improving the medical liability insurance,the establishment of mechanisms for third-party mediation to decrease the incidence rate of obstetrics and gynecology medical dispute are discussed.
