目的:探讨在当前医疗环境中医院管理者的领导风格对员工工作敬业度的影响及因素,为提高医院组织管理水平提供依据.方法:对上海1252名医务人员进行工作敬业度及影响因素、领导风格问卷调查.结果:员工整体敬业度处于中等偏上水平;变革型领导与工作敬业度存在显著正相关,其中个性化关怀、愿景规划和德行垂范维度有显著影响.结论:医院管理者要通过强化变革型领导风格,达到提高员工工作敬业度的目的.%Objective: To explore the job engagement of hospital staff and find out the influences of leadership style on staff s job engagement, for the purpose of offering references for hospital management. Methods: 1252 medical staffs in Shanghai were investigated involving in job engagement and leadership style. Results: The total job engagement was above the medium level; there was a significantly positive correlation between formational leadership and staff engagement; individualized consideration, visionary and morale modeling had significant effect on job engagement. Conclusion Hospital managers could improve staff s job engagement by promoting the formational leadership skills.
