“片医负责制”社区卫生服务模式实施效果评价研究

摘要

Objectives: To assess the implementation effect of responsibility mechanism of regional doctors and to summarize the Zhengzhou experience in practicing and implementing these mechanism. Methods: Literature review and specialist consultation were applied to construct the assessment index system. Field survey was held in some community health service centers, which were randomly selected, to collect data about the indicators in the index system. Paired Wilcoxon Rank Sum Test was applied to compare the difference in the indicators pre- and post- the implementation of responsibility mechanism of regional doctors. Results and Recommendations: After the implementation of responsibility mechanism of regional doctors, the efficient of community health service centers rose significantly. The effectiveness of health services also greatly improved in the aspects of standard management for special population, formal referral, physical examination for the residents over 60 years old and the screening for gynecological diseases.%目的：评估郑州“片医负责制”社区卫生服务体系的实施效果，并对郑州“片医负责制”模式实施与推广方面的经验进行全面总结。方法：通过文献回顾和专家分析，构建效果评价指标体系；随机选择部分社区卫生服务中心进行现场调查，收集相关指标数据；采用配对秩和检验方法，对推行片医模式前后相关指标的变化进行统计分析。结果与结论：实施片医模式之后，社区卫生服务中心工作效率显著上升；服务效果显著改善，在特殊人群规范管理、规范转诊、社区60岁老人体检、妇女病普查等多项工作方面成绩显著。
