As the branches are relatively seperated, there are more management departments and positions required. With the increasing costs of the manpower, the innovational design of branch managment departments is to enhance the colabration between multiple branches of the hospital as well as increase the effeicency and lower the costs. This paper, based on the analysis and discussion on the innovaitonal design of one branch (South Branch) of Renji Hospital, provides the experience of the innovaiton.
