Objectives:To learn the status quo of job burnout in a pilot hospital of healthcare reform,to present countermeasures on motivating staffs enthusiasm and to give reference for healthcare reform.Methods:Standardized scale was used to measure medical staffs job burnout and some analysis had been done.Results:It shows that there are significant gaps of job burnout between different posts (P<0.05).The main influence factors on job burnout are job pressure,interests,capacity and performance.Conclusions:It needs to give some countermeasures in aspects of mental feelings and institution construction to smooth medical staffs job burnout.%目的:对北京市某医改试点单位医务人员工作倦怠现状进行调查并提出对策,以调动职工积极性,为医疗改革提供参考和依据.方法:通过标准化量表实施问卷调查,并进行相关统计学分析.结果:不同岗位医务人员上作倦怠差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05),工作倦怠主要受工作压力、工作兴趣、完成工作胜任力和工作成绩等因素影响.结论:从职工心理感受和制度建设等方面采取措施,逐渐减轻医务人员的工作负荷是缓解其工作倦怠的有效途径.
