分级诊疗制度下农村基层医疗卫生机构服务能力提升路径分析

摘要

Rural primary healthcare institution plays an important role on rural healthcare provision system and an effective guarantee for promoting the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Since the new healthcare reform,China's rural primary healthcare institutions are increasing,but there are still problems such as low capacity,low utilization.Based on the analysis of the status quo of the capacity of rural primary healthcare institutions,this paper analyzes the existing problems under the background of the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,and puts forward the effective way to improve the capacity of the rural primary healthcare institutions to provides some reference for improving capacity of rural primary healthcare institutions.%农村基层医疗卫生机构是构建农村三级医疗服务体系的核心内容,是推动分级诊疗制度开展的有效保障.新医改以来,农村基层医疗卫生机构在数量与服务量上均不断增加,但仍存在服务能力不足、服务利用率低等问题.在对农村基层医疗卫生机构服务能力现状分析的基础上,了解在分级诊疗制度实施背景下农村基层医疗卫生机构服务能力提升过程中所存在的问题,提出提升农村基层医疗卫生机构服务能力的有效路径,为下阶段农村基层医疗卫生机构服务能力提升提供参考依据.
