It shows that problems of history mission and political awareness in public hospital operation management have been existed. Public hospital is still in the period of rapid increasing revenue and lack of deep understanding under healthcare reform environment. It shows that history mission and political awareness needs to be strengthened to improve public hospital operation management system and care more public interest.%学习党的十九大精神,认识到我国公立医院经营管理存在着欠缺历史意识与政治意识不强等问题.公立医院尚未走出过度创收快速发展阶段,对医改后的新阶段缺乏深入研究.应该提高历史意识、增强政治意识,构建中国特色社会主义公立医院经营管理体系,建设彰显人民性的公立医院.
