胜任特征模型在医院人力资源管理中的研究进展

The competency is becoming a core topic in human resources management, however it is in the initial stage in the medical field. The paper expounds the current situation, the existed problem and the issues needed attention of competency model in medical field.%胜任特征研究现已成为人力资源管理领域最核心的课题之一,然而在我国的医院管理领域.有关胜任特征的理论研究还处于起步阶段.就胜任特征模型在我国医院人力资源管理中的研究现状以及需要注意的问题分别进行了阐述.
