基于主成分聚类分析的医保制度整合障碍性因素研究

摘要

目的 整合城乡医保已经成为当今医改的主旋律,通过对我国医保制度整合过程中的问题进行分类并找出主要障碍性因素.方法 采用主成分聚类分析的方法对问卷调查结果进行分析.结果 利用因子分析将整合的26个具体指标进行降维,提取出3个公因子并在此基础之上综合聚类分析结果得出整合过程中的主要问题.结论 将我国医保制度整合的主要障碍性因素划分为3类,即费用类、制度设计类、监管类,并对这些问题提出建议措施.%Objective Integration of urban and rural health care,deepening reform has become the main theme in today's reform tide.To classify the problems appeared in the process of integrated health care system and identify the main barrier factors in China.Methods Using the method of principal component analysis and cluster analysis to analyze the results of the survey.Results Through using the method of factor analysis,the paper classifies 26 specific indicators of problems and extracts three common factors,then synthesizes the results of cluster analysis in order to conclude the main barrier.Conclusion The main barrier factors in the process of integrated health care systems are divided into three categories,namely cost,system design,supervision,and pieces of advice on these problems are provided.
