以重庆地区晚熟柑橘‘鲍威尔’脐橙为试验材料,研究防腐保鲜剂百可得、扑霉灵、施保功、抑霉唑和2,4-D对果实低温贮藏的影响。结果表明,保鲜剂处理鲍威尔脐橙并冷藏4个月后,果实腐烂率在4.0%以下,比对照减少23.0%;果实干疤率为22.0%以下,比对照减少43.6%;无枯水现象。‘鲍威尔’脐橙冷藏期宜在3个月左右。%‘Powell’ Navel orange, characterized by late maturing habits when grown in Chongqing, was used as material in this study. The effectiveness of bellkute, prochloraz, sporgon, imazalil and 2, 4-D sodium salts against naturally occurring postharvest decay and pitting on ‘Powell’ Navel orange fruit was investigated. The results showed that, after four months cold storage, the rate of decay fruits treated with preservatives were less than 4.0%, which there was a 23.0% decrease compared to the rate of control treatment. Meanwhile, the rate of fruits with pitting injury treated with preservatives was under 22.0%, which there was a 43.6% decrease compared to the rate of control treatment. In addition, no granulation was found in this experiment. However, to reduce the postharvest loss of ‘Powell’ navel orange fruits, the postharvest cold storage period should be less than 3 months.
