cqvip:3871(大会论文编号)WHOLE BRAIN COMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY PERFUSION OF PATIENTS WITH VARYING DEGREES OF HIGH-ALTITUDE POLYCYTHEMIA:PRELIMINARY STUDY WITH A MULTIDETECTORCOMPUTED TOMOGRAPHY SUN Yanqiu,HU Junjie,ZHANG Yonghai Department ofRadiology,Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital,Xining,China Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in computed tomography perfusion(CTP)in patients with varying degrees of high-altitude polycythemia(HAPC)using a multidetector CT(MDCT).Methods:Patients who underwent whole brain CTP between March 2017 and Janauary 2018 for various clinical indications were retrospectively reviewed. The study was approved by the institutional review board.Clinical data of 32 patients(group A:8 cases with mild HAPC,group B:7 cases with moderate HAPC,group C:7 cases with severe HAPC,and group D:10 cases without HAPC)were collected. All pa-tients underwent whole brain CTP with a 256-MDCT(Re volution CT,GE Healthcare)after injection of iopromide 370 mg/mL(40mL at the rate of 4.0mL/s).The scanning parameters were as follows:80 kVp tube voltage,120 mA current, and 0.625 mm thickness.Whole brain CTP parameters including cerebral blood flow(CBF),cerebral blood volume(CBV),and mean transit time(MTT)on basal ganglia area were measured.
