上海市某区社区健康咨询服务点服务状况评估

         

摘要

Objective:To know the operation of community health counseling spots in a district of Shanghai and to provide evidence for standardizing and upgrading the service status of community health counseling spots. Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the basic information,equipped room space,personnel and hardware facilities as well as the services delivered. Results:In the district,there were 402 health counseling spots,equipped with 597 consulting service personnel. A total of 87.8%spots were located in the neighborhood committee. The personnel were mainly made up of health promotion volunteers(72.2%). Totally 64.8%of the personnel had medical background. Meanwhile,the average service time per week was 3.8 hours. Conclusion:Under the new circumstance of community health service transition,serious consideration and the development of practice should be made to the reasonable localization as well as capacity building of the spots and the normative entry as well as management of consultants.%目的:了解目前社区健康咨询服务点的运行情况,为进一步规范和提升咨询点的服务能力提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查的方式,收集咨询点基本情况、用房和软硬件配置和服务情况。结果:全区共有402个咨询点,配有597名咨询服务人员。87.8%的咨询点设于居委会,咨询服务人员以健康促进志愿者为主(占72.2%),有64.8%的人具备医学背景。咨询点平均每周服务时间为3.8 h。结论:在社区卫生服务转型的新形势下,咨询点的合理定位与能力建设、咨询员的规范准入与管理等问题均值得认真考量和实践发展。
