美国急诊医学教育培训体系对我国的启示

摘要

This article analyzed the training process,training projects and funding guarantee of the emergency medical education systems of China and USA. It is suggested to improve the policy direction,training supervision, emergency system construction and human resource security of the emergency medical education system to match the international standards.%通过对美国与中国的急诊医学教育培训体系的培训过程、培训项目、资金保障等方面进行深入的分析研究，建议进一步从政策导向、培训监督、急诊建设与人员保障方面加强我国急诊医学培训体系，使我国急诊医学教育能更好与国际接轨。
