某省2008～2011年血液检验室间质量评价结果分析

摘要

目的 了解采供血机构血液检验室间质评整体情况,为提高室间检验结果的可比性和检测水平提供参考.方法 对江苏省采供血机构2008 ～ 2011年血液检验室间质评结果进行统计与分析.结果 江苏省各实验室免疫项目一直保持较高水平；生化项目和细胞检测项目检测水平逐年提高.结论 实验室应重视漏检率,并建立全面质量管理体系,强化室内质控,以确保检测结果的准确、可靠.%Objective To investigate the overall situation of external quality assessment ( EQA) among blood collection a-gencies, in order to enhance the comparability and detection level of EQA results. Method Analysis was performed on EQA results of blood collection agencies in Jiangsu Province from 2008 to 2011. Result The laboratory immune items had been maintained in a high level in Jiangsu Province; and the level of detection of biochemical items and cell detection items had gradually increased yearly. Conclusion The existence of undetected rate in laboratory should be paid attention to. Meanwhile, EQA should be strengthened to ensure the accuracy and reliable of test results.
