提高门诊药房交班及盘点工作效率

摘要

The FOCUS-PDCA was introduced to analyze the causes for the low efficiency of duty shift and inventory check in the outpatient pharmacy,and improvements were made from aspects of the development of software,systems optimization,implementation of the management responsibilities,strengthening the learning of regulations,etc.The shift time decreased from 60 min to 20 min,and the inventory time decreased from 120 min to 60 min.The use of FOCUS-PDCA effectively improved the efficiency of duty shift and inventory check the outpatient pharmacy.%引入FOCUS-PDCA,对门诊药房交班及盘点工作效率低进行原因分析,从开发软件、优化系统、管理责任落实到人、加强制度学习等方面进行改进.使交班时间由60 min缩短至20 min,盘点时间由120 min缩短至60min.运用FOCUS-PDCA后,门诊药房交班和盘点工作效率均大幅度提高.
