价值工程在课题达成型品管圈方案优选中的应用

摘要

From the basic theory and application status of value engineering,the main problems in the stage of "putting forward programs and determining the optimization" in quality control circles with project achievement style in Chinese hospitals were analyzed.The application of value modulus in the specific cases was investigated,including the calculation process of function modulus,cost modulus,value modulus,and the selection of final program.Furthermore,the three key points in applying the value engineering were summarized.%从价值工程基本原理及应用现状着手,分析了目前我国医院课题达成型品管圈在“提出多种方案并确定最佳方案”环节存在的主要问题,介绍了价值系数在具体案例中的应用情况,包括功能重要性系数、成本系数、价值系数的计算过程以及方案的最终选择.同时,总结了在应用价值工程过程中应注意的3个要点.
