7S在血站日常管理中的应用

摘要

The 7S management framework was established and relevant knowledge training was carried out.The 7S management mode was advanced from seven aspects of consolidation,rectification,cleaning,cleanliness,accomplishment,safety and energy saving,and regular station-level supervision was performed.The work environment of the Blood Center was improved,the work efficiency was increased,humanistic quality was improved,and ultimately the improvement of blood product quality was promoted.%建立7S管理构架,开展相关知识培训,以科室为单位逐步推进,从整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养、安全、节能7方面推进7S管理模式,并定期进行督导.血站工作环境得以改善,工作效率得以提高,人文素养得以提升,最终促进了血液产品质量的提高.
