目的:研究江西省新型农村合作医疗(简称新农合)试点地区卫生服务提供公平性的现状和变化趋势.方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样抽取研究对象,进行5年入户调查.以集中指数(CI)和不平等斜率指数(SII)作为评价指标进行评价.结果:五次调查提供公平性各指标CI值均接近0,表明卫生服务提供公平性较好.农户居住地离就医距离＜1公里的比例和农户评价定点医疗机构服务态度较好及很好的比例呈下降趋势,评价服务质量很好及较好的比例呈上升趋势.结论:农户就医距离较短,对定点医疗机构卫生服务态度和服务质量较为满意,但对服务态度满意度呈现下降趋势,需引起注意.%Objective: To study the current situation and variation trend of health services provided equity in the new rural cooperative medical pilot areas in Jiangxi Province. Methods: The multi-phase stratified random sampling has been adopted to select study objects, carried out household investigation for five times. The concentration index (CI) and slope index of inequity (SⅡ) are used to evaluate the equity. Results: The values of CI in providing equity for five surveys are all close to 0. It shows health services providing equity is good. The ratio of peasants' hospitalized distances less than 1 kilometer, that peasants evaluated the services attitude of fixed-point medical institutions is good and better shows descending trend, ratio of quality assessment is good and better shows a rising trend. Conclusion: Distance to go to see a doctor is short for peasants, more satisfied with services attitude and quality provided by fixed-point medical institutions, but services attitude satisfaction shows a descending tend which should be paid more attention.
