目的 探讨阴式宫颈剖开术在妇科的应用价值.方法 观察66例阴式宫颈剖开术患者的手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间及术后并发症情况.结果 阴式宫颈剖开术平均手术时间为(25.6±3.8)min,术中估计出血量为(20.1±3.6)ml,平均住院时间为(3.7±1.2 )d,术后均无并发症发生.结论 阴式宫颈剖开术可有效治疗宫颈妊娠、剖宫产瘢痕妊娠及宫颈管黏膜下肌瘤,与开腹手术比较具有损伤小、术后美观、患者住院时间短的优点,与宫腔镜比较更易于临床医生掌握,且不需要昂贵的医疗设备,具有临床应用价值.%Objective To explore the values of transvaginal cervix dissection in gynecology. Methods Duration of operation, blood loss during the operation, average days of hospitalization and postoperative complications of 66 cases that underwent transvaginal cervix dissection were observed. Results The average operating time was ( 25. 6 ± 3. 8 ) minutes. Estimated intraoperative blood loss was ( 20. 1 ± 3. 6 ) ml and average length of hospital stay was ( 3. 7 ± 1. 2 ) days. No postoperative complications were observed. Conclusion Transvaginal cervix dissection is effective in treating cervical pregnancy, scar pregnancy, and submucous myoma of cervical cannal. Compared with open surgery and hysteroscope, transvaginal surgery displays the advantages of less injuries, less affected outlook, shorter hospitalization, and easier for to master. Besides, no expensive equipment is required. Hence, transvaginal cervix dissection is worth clinical application.
