基于层次分析法的农村社区卫生服务满意度评价

摘要

Objective To design a set of satisfaction evaluation index and evaluation model of rural community health service, based on the survey data from Hebei province, and then to evaluate results, in order to provide some references for health organizations to make strategy in improvement of rural community health service quality and residents'satisfaction. Methods The analytic hierarchy process ( AHP ) was taken to set up comprehensive evaluation model, and then quadrant chart was used to analyze the results. Results The overall satisfaction score of Hebei province rural community health service was 2.981, satisfaction level is lower. Conclusion The pressing issues in rural community health service are poor medical equipment, unreasonable medical charge , lower medical technique , and unsatisfactory treatment effect, which need to be improved urgently.%目的 以河北省调研数据为基础,建立农村社区卫生服务满意度测评指标和评价模型并进行综合评价,为卫生部门提高农村社区卫生服务质量和居民满意度水平提供决策参考.方法 采用层次分析法(AHP)建立综合评价模型,采用象限图对结果进行分析.结果 河北省农村社区卫生服务的总体满意度得分为2.981分,满意度水平偏低.结论 农村社区卫生服务存在的突出问题是医疗设备落后、医疗收费不合理、医疗技术水平低、治疗效果不尽如人意,这些方面亟待完善和改进.
