目的 了解重庆市城乡社区卫生服务中心全科医生的需求现状,建立能胜任社区医疗卫生工作岗位的全科医学专业人才培养方案.方法 随机抽取社区卫生服务机构12个、近三年走入工作岗位的社区全科医生12名及随机拦截就诊居民60名,采用问卷调查和个别访谈的方法,以了解社区卫生服务机构全科医生的需求现状、全科医生的诊疗水平和操作技能及所提供卫生服务的质量.结果 社区卫生服务机构均为综合性的社区医院;全科医生是医疗战线上的主要力量,新进的全科医生重疾病临床治疗、却轻疾病预防保健,提供的卫生服务不全面.结论 社区卫生服务机构对全科医生需求量较大,现有全科医生临床诊疗水平、操作技能和服务质量有待于进一步提高,建立一支真正的全科医生队伍迫在眉睫.%Objective To understand needs for general practitioners ( GP ) in urban and rural community health service ( CHS ) centers, in order to establish a training program for general practitioners competent enough for CHS. Methods Twelve CHS institutions, 12 GPs recruited over the past 3 years , and 60 visiting residents were randomly selected. Questionnaire survey and individual interview were performed for understanding the needs of CHS GPs, the the levels of GPs' diagnosis and treatment, as well as the operating skills, and the quality of CHS offered. Results All the CHS institutions were comprehensive community hospitals, in which GPs were the main force in medical care ; new GPs tended to pay more attention to clinical treatment of disease but neglect prevention of disease and health care, and thus provided no all - inclusive services. Conclusion CHS institutions have a higher demand for GPs. The available GPs need to be further improved in their levels of clinical diagnosis and treatment, skills and service quality. And it is urgent to establish a good GP team.
