Objective To find out the current situation of patients' satisfaction degree on community traditional Chinese medicine TCM services and its influential factors in Liwan district. Methods Totally 900 suhjects receiving TCM service in Liwan district were recruited. They were interviewed about their general features of demology , mode of medical insurance, satisfaction degree on health care in community TCM service centers. The influential factors of patients' satisfaction were screened by Chi - square test and Logistic regression. Results Main influential factors were social medical insurance, medical environment,service attitude, service projects, therapeutic effect and medical expenses. Conclusion Community health services center should start from main influencing factors to improve the satisfaction degree of community traditional Chinese medicine services.%目的 了解荔湾区中医药社区卫生服务的患者满意度现状和影响因素.方法 抽取荔湾区中医药社区卫生服务的患者900人,调查患者的一般人口学特征、医疗保障形式、就诊患者对中医药社区卫生服务的满意度评价等.运用χ2检验和Logistic回归分析筛选社区卫生服务患者满意度的影响因素.结果 荔湾区中医药社区卫生服务患者满意度的主要影响因素有社会医疗保险、就医环境、服务态度、服务项目、治疗效果和医疗费用.结论 社区卫生服务中心应从主要影响因素入手,提高中医药社区卫生服务的满意度.
