Objective to learn the patients' satisfaction of community health service institutions by different holders.Descriptive methods and TOPSIS are used to measure the satisfaction of different holders.The overall satisfaction of community health service institutions was good,but the satisfaction of equipment and drug prices was low; among different holders,the satisfaction of institutions held by individuals was the highest,while that of institutions held by government was lower.It is suggested that institutions held by government should change thinking manner and enhance service awareness,so as to improve the service quality.
机译:目的了解不同持证人对社区卫生服务机构患者的满意度。采用描述性方法和TOPSIS法对不同持证人的满意度进行测量。社区卫生服务机构的总体满意度良好,但设备和药品价格的满意度为低的;在不同的持有人中,个人持有的事业单位的满意度最高,而政府持有的事业单位的满意度较低。建议政府持有的事业单位应改变思维方式,增强服务意识,以提高服务质量。
