有效导管管理预防气管插管非计划性拔管的研究进展

摘要

Unplanned extubation of endotracheal intubation means that patients unplug endotracheal intubation themselves without extubation indication or that other factors cause intubation prolapse, which may lead to prolonging time of mechanical ventilation, hospital stay. This article reviews research of effective catheter management preventing unplanned extubation of endotracheal intubation, discuss placement of endotracheal tube, catheter fixing, airbag management, airway secretion management, timely extubation and so on, aiming at scientific catheter management to prevent unplanned extubation and provide basis for it.%气管插管非计划性拔管是指患者在无拔管指征的情况下,自行将插管拔出或其他原因造成气管插管脱出,可能导致机械通气时间、住院时间及总住院时间延长等不良后果.本文就有效导管管理预防气管插管非计划性拔管的研究进行综述,分别从气管插管的置入、导管固定、气囊管理、气道分泌物管理、及时拔管等方面阐述,旨在科学管理气管插管,预防非计划性拔管的发生,为临床气管插管非计划性拔管的管理提供借鉴.
