超声弹性成像在乳腺良恶性肿块鉴别诊断中的应用

超声弹性成像技术是依据组织内部弹性特征不同而出现的一种新型超声技术.通过提供有关组织内部弹性特征,反映病灶组织软硬度从而判定其良恶性.它弥补了常规影像学检查在组织生物力学上的不同.因此弹性成像技术在超声检查中发挥着越来越重要的作用,也逐渐应用于临床.本文对近年来超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块鉴别诊断中的应用进行综述.%Ultrasound elastography is an emerging ultrasound technology based on different elastic characteristics inside organizations. By providing elastic characteristics inside organizations, it can reflect the softness and hardness of the pathological tissues, thus determining whether the neoplasm is benign or malignant. Elastography compensates for the tissue biomechanics in conventional imaging examinations and plays an increasingly important role in ultrasound testing, so it is gradually applied in clinic. This paper summarizes the application of ultrasound elastography in the differential diagnosis of breast neoplasm in recent years.
