中文版女性性功能量表在孕妇人群中应用的信效度评价

摘要

Objectjve To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Female Sexual Function Index(FSFI)for pregnant women. Methods A total of 159 pregnant women who underwent prenatal examination in Nanfang Hospital Affiliated to Southern Medical University from March 2014 to April 2014,were selected as study subjects,the Chinese version of Female Sexual Function Index( FSFI)was used to evaluate the sexual function of them. Correlation analysis was conducted on item analysis and test - retest reliability of the scale. Factor analysis was conducted on struct validity of the scale. Results The correlation coefficient among different dimensions of the Chinese version of the scalewas was 0. 217 - 0. 831,the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total score was 0. 320 - 0. 905;there were significant differences in each dimension between high score group and low score group(P < 0. 01);the internal consistency of the scale( Cronbach alpha coefficient)was 0. 889,Cronbach′s α coefficient for each dimension was 0. 722 - 0. 975,test - retest reliability was 0. 861;exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factors,the cumulative variance contribution rate was 67. 73%. Conclusjon The Chinese version of FSFI is suitable for measuring sexual function of pregnant women with a good reliability and validity.%目的：评价中文版女性性功能量表在孕妇人群中应用的信效度。方法运用中文版女性性功能量表对2014年3—4月在南方医科大学南方医院接受产检的159例孕妇进行性功能评定。采用相关分析进行条目分析及重测信度的测量，采用因子分析进行结构效度分析。结果中文版女性性功能量表各维度之间的相关系数为0.217~0.831，各维度与总分之间的相关系数为0.320~0.905；高分组与低分组各维度得分比较，差异均有统计学意义（P <0.01）；量表的内部一致性信度 Cronbach′s α系数为0.889，各维度的 Cronbach′s α系数为0.722~0.975，重测信度系数为0.861；因子分析提取3个公因子，累积方差贡献率为67.73%。结论中文版女性性功能量表有良好的信度和效度，适用于孕妇人群的性健康评定。
