本科护生实习前情绪管理能力现状及影响因素分析

     

摘要

Objective:To understand the current situation of emotional management in undergraduate nursing students and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:A total of 300 before the practice of undergraduate nursing students were recruited form a nursing collage in Zhengzhou nursing college by convenience sampling method.They were investigated with the self-designed demographic questionnaire and the questionnaire of management ability.Results:The total of the questionnaire of management ability was (79.55±8.26).Character had an effect on emotional management ability and emotional regulation ability (P<0.05).Whether class cadres, character, the degree of social support had an effect on emotional promoting ability (P<0.05).Multiple Linear-regression analysis showed that Character, the degree of social support had an effect on emotional promoting ability (P<0.05).Conclusions:Nursing educators can carry out education activities according its influential factors to improve emotional management ability of before the practice of undergraduate students.%[目的]了解本科护生实习前情绪管理现状并分析其影响因素.[方法]采用便利抽样,使用自设一般资料问卷及护理本科生情绪管理能力问卷对郑州市某护理学院262名实习前护生进行调查.[结果]实习前本科护生情绪管理能力得分(79.55±8.26)分;性格对本科护生实习前情绪管理能力及情绪调节能力得分有影响(P<0.05),是否学生干部、性格、社会支持程度对情绪促进能力得分有影响(P<0.05).多元回归分析显示:社会支持程度、性格是情绪促进能力的影响因素(P<0.05).[结论]护理教育者可以参考影响实习前护生情绪管理能力的因素有针对性开展教育,提升其情绪管理能力.
