儿童监护人免疫接种相关知识认知度调查分析1）

摘要

Obj ective:To investigate and analyze the cognition level of chil-dren’s guardians on immunization related knowledge,so as to provide evi-dences for promotion of child immunization and developing related health education better.Methods:A unified questionnaire was made and a total of 425 children’s guardians were randomly selected as objects in a vaccination clinic in Zhongshan City.All obj ects were investigated by using immuniza-tion knowledge questionnaire,and the data were treated with SPSS statisti-cal software.Results:In 425 children’s guardians,the average score of cog-nition level of children’s guardians with college degree or above on immu-nization related knowledge was significantly higher than that of children’ s guardians with high school or secondary education or below (t=6.26,P<0.05);the cognition level of children’s guardians with local household registration was higher than that of foreign children on immunization related knowl-edge (t=4.74,P<0.05).Conclusion:Health education and propaganda ef-forts for vaccination should further be increased,especially to actively ex-plore the health education model aiming at floating population characteris-tics,and to improve the cognition level of floating population on the vacci-nation knowledge.%[目的]对儿童监护人的免疫接种相关知识认知度进行调查与分析,为更好地促进儿童免疫接种工作及开展相关健康教育提供依据。[方法]统一制定问卷调查表,在中山市某预防接种门诊随机抽取425名儿童监护人作为调查对象,对所有调查对象进行免疫接种相关知识问卷调查,资料用SPSS 统计软件进行统计处理。[结果]425名儿童监护人中,大专以上学历儿童监护人免疫接种相关知识认知程度平均得分明显高于高中或中专以下学历儿童监护人(t=6.26,P<0.05)；本地户籍儿童监护人对免疫接种相关知识认知程度得分明显高于外来儿童监护人(t=4.74,P<0.05)。[结论]应进一步加大预防接种的健康教育宣传工作力度,尤其是积极探索针对流动人口特征的健康教育模式,提高流动人口预防接种知识的知晓程度。
