低年资护士对抢救药物相关知识掌握程度的调查分析

摘要

：Objective To investigate the junior nurses' knowledge and awareness of rescue medication, analyze influential factors and propose improvement measures. Methods 〓A questionnaire-based survey was conducted to 99 junior nurses recruited between January 2015 and December 2017. Results 〓Totally 99 valid samples were collected and analyzed. The pass rate of assessment on rescue medications-related knowledge was 65.66%(65/99), with an average score of(68.70±7.90). The working departments, years of working and frequency of training were potential influential factors of recognition to the related knowledge of rescue medications among junior nurses. In all, 95.96%(95/99)nurses believed that training of rescue medications-related knowledge was necessary. Conclusion 〓It is required to identify the need of junior nurses participating the training about rescue medications-related knowledge. More training and nursing measures should be carried out to improve the quality of rescue in hospital.
