卡培他滨维持治疗联合静脉化疗对晚期三阴乳腺癌病人生活质量的影响

摘要

Objective:To probe into the application effect of capecitabine maintenance therapy combined with in-travenous chemotherapy for three negative breast cancer patients,so as to improve the quality of life of patients cooperated with nursing intervention.Methods:A total of 5 6 patients with three negative breast cancer were se-lected as the research obj ects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by using single blind random digit grouping method,28 cases in each.The patients in control group were treated with chemo-therapy alone and basic nursing.While on the basis of the control group,the patients in observation group were given the capecitabine maintenance treatment and comprehensive nursing.Then the patients'clinical curative effect and quality of life were compared between both groups.Results:After the intervention,the difference of total efficiency was not statistically significant between both groups(P>0.05).But the disease control rate of patients in observation group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The patients’quality of life in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group after the intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of capecitabine maintenance therapy com-bined with intravenous chemotherapy for advanced three negative breast cancer patients could improve the dis-ease control rate,and it also could effectively improve the patients'quality of life cooperated with comprehensive nursing intervention.%[目的]探讨晚期三阴乳腺癌病人应用卡培他滨维持治疗联合静脉化疗的效果，并配合护理干预，以期改善病人的生活质量。[方法]选取56例晚期三阴乳腺癌病人作为研究对象，采用单盲随机数字分组法将其分为对照组与观察组各28例。对照组给予单纯化疗及基础护理，观察组在对照组基础上，给予卡培他滨维持治疗及综合护理。通过比较两组病人的临床疗效及生活质量。[结果]干预后，两组病人的总有效率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；但观察组病人的疾病控制率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组病人的生活质量明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]晚期三阴乳腺癌病人采用卡培他滨维持治疗联合静脉化疗能提高疾病的控制率，配合综合护理干预后，有效改善了病人的生活质量。
