短期强化培训在介入专科护士培训中的应用效果评价

摘要

Objective:To probe into the effect and methods of intervention specialist nurses training,so as to pro-vide the basis for the further improvement of intervention specialist nurses training system.Methods:A total of 60 students in intervention specialist nurses training course received the specialist theoretical training and clini-cal practice training for 2 months,and then the students received test before and after the training.Results:There was statistically significant difference in the test results of before and after the intervention specialist nur-ses training (P <0.05).Conclusion:Short term intensive of intervention specialist nurses training can signifi-cantly improve the theoretical knowledge and clinical operational level of intervention specialist nurses.Nursing management should speed up the establishment of intervention specialist nurses training system,so as to pro-mote the development of specialist nursing in China.%[目的]探讨介入专科护士培训的方法与效果，为进一步完善介入专科培训体系提供依据。[方法]对60名介入专科护士培训班学员进行为期2个月的专科理论培训和临床实践培训，并分别在培训前后对学员进行考核。[结果]介入专科护士培训前后考核成绩比较，差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。[结论]短期强化的介入专科护士培训能显著提高介入专科护士的理论知识和临床操作水平，护理管理者应加快介入专科护士培训体系的建立，以促进我国专科化护理的发展。
