角色体验法在护理教学中应用现状与进展

摘要

阐述角色体验法的内涵，综述角色体验法的应用进展及在护理教学中应用现状，指出角色体验法不仅可以激发护生的学习积极性，寓教于乐，把理论知识融合在真实的情境中，提高学习效率，更是在角色扮演的教学过程中培养了护生的沟通能力、发散思维等综合素质，可增强护生的角色意识和职业责任感。%This paper expatiated the definition,application progress,and application situation of the participatory teaching method in nursing education,pointing out the method could stimulate enthusiasm for learning,combine education with recreation,and integrate theoretical knowledge in real situations to improve students’learning ef-ficiency.At the same time,the communication ability and divergent thinking of nursing students could be trained during the participatory teaching progress,in which also improve their professional responsibility.
