基于网络环境的PBL教学模式在护理管理教学中的实践研究

         

摘要

[目的]探讨基于网络教学环境的以问题为基础的学习(PBL)教学模式(WPBL)在护理管理学教学过程中的应用效果。[方法]采取整群抽样的方法,选取2013级2个班的护理本科学生设为观察组和对照组,观察组(n=162)实施基于网络环境的 PBL 教学,对照组(n=166)实施传统教学模式。教学内容结束后,比较两组的理论考试成绩、自主学习能力,测评观察组对 WPBL 教学模式的教学满意度。[结果]观察组学生理论成绩、自主学习能力显著优于对照组(P <0.01);观察组92.6%的学生对 WPBL 教学模式满意。[结论]在护理管理学教学中开展基于网络环境的 PBL 教学法教学效果优于传统教学方法。%Objective:To probe into the application effect of web based PBL teaching model during teaching of“Nursing Management”.Methods:The cluster sampling was used.Two classes of nursing undergraduate in grade 2013 were selected as observation group and control group.The students in observation group received web based PBL teaching model in class one(n=1 62),the students in control group received traditional teach-ing model in class two (n = 1 66 ).The theoretical examination scores and self directed learning ability test scores in different teaching models were compared at the end of the course and the satisfaction of the observa-tion group were evaluated.Results:The students’theoretical examination scores and self directed learning abil-ity test scores in observation group were higher than that in control group(P <0.01).92.6% of the students in whole observation group were satisfied with the WPBL teaching model.Conclusion:WPBL teaching model was better than the traditional teaching model in teaching of “nursing management”.
