维护和谐医患关系的护理人员心理健康调适研究

摘要

This article through to affect nursing staff mental health and long time strength work,patients with negative language stimulation,social approval lower evaluation,family and work balance contradiction four related factors analysis,proposes the adjustment nursing staff mental health some countermeasures and Suggestions:to reduce the working pressure;Improve their professional skills and communication skills;Improve the identity;Actively coordinate the relationship between the family and work;Rich amateur life.%　　本文通过对影响护理人员心理健康的长时间大强度工作、患者负面语言刺激、社会认可度较低评价、家庭与工作平衡矛盾四个相关因素分析，提出调适护理人员心理健康的几点对策与建议：减轻工作压力；提高专业技能与沟通技巧；提高自我认同感；积极主动协调好家庭与工作之间的关系；丰富业余生活。
