老年糖代谢异常患者合并心脑血管疾病的危险因素分析

摘要

目的：研究老年糖代谢异常患者合并心脑血管疾病的危险因素。方法：选168例老年糖代谢异常患者分两组，对照组81例患者无心脑血管病变，观察组87例均伴有不同程度的心脑血管病变，对比分析两组患者的临床数据。结果：观察组患者的年龄、病程以及高血压患病率均高于对照组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：年龄、高血压以及高甘油三酯血症是导致老年糖代谢异常患者出现心脑血管病变的独立危险因素，控制好上述危险因素，以防患者出现心脑血管等疾病。%　　Objective:To study the risk factors of elderly patients with abnormal glucose metabolism and cardiovascular disease.Methods:168 cases of elderly patients with abnormal glucose metabolism were divided into two groups,81 cases in the control group patients without cardiovascular disease,the observation group 87 cases were accompanied by varying degrees of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.To compare and analyse the clinical data of two groups.Results:The age,course of the disease and the prevalence rate of hypertension in the observation group were higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,hypertension and hyperlipidemia in aged patients with abnormal glucose metabolism occur cardio-cerebral vascular disease are independent risk factors,to control the risk factors,to prevent patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
